What Yoga Taught Me

I began my yoga teacher training journey in January 2016 with intentions to go deeper into the foundation of what it is and how I could help others through practice. This journey causes you to study yourself, more than poses and be aware of your interactions with others.

As the training comes to an end I reflect on when I started and how so much has changed since. Yoga has taught me that through breath I can release what I know longer need, to meditate to cultivate. It’s taught me that I am not my experiences, that they are a part of my journey home back to my true and higher self. I embrace who I am, right now in this moment and love me unconditionally.

Yoga has taught me that through practice I can achieve mighty things! And it keeps on teaching me ❤ All that is has taught me I will teach to others who are open to receive the practice.

Global LionessYoga is the settling of the mind into silence. When the mind has settled, we are established in our essential nature, which is unbounded Consciousness. Our essential nature is usually overshadowed by the activity of t.jpg
