What Yoga Taught Me

I began my yoga teacher training journey in January 2016 with intentions to go deeper into the foundation of what it is and how I could help others through practice. This journey causes you to study yourself, more than poses and be aware of your interactions with others.

As the training comes to an end I reflect on when I started and how so much has changed since. Yoga has taught me that through breath I can release what I know longer need, to meditate to cultivate. It’s taught me that I am not my experiences, that they are a part of my journey home back to my true and higher self. I embrace who I am, right now in this moment and love me unconditionally.

Yoga has taught me that through practice I can achieve mighty things! And it keeps on teaching me ❤ All that is has taught me I will teach to others who are open to receive the practice.
