Measuring Your Progress

know that with ever desire you have creating a plan is necessary to follow through. Planning is essential to being successful even when things don't go as planned. Be flexible and adapt to change.Don't be afraid to goWhen did you start? What’s changed since then? Have you written down a plan?

Be aware of the small things we believe to be insignificant. You’ve started waking earlier, smiling while sitting in traffic. Give yourself credit. You may have uncovered emotional triggers that bring up past issues. Take your time and contact your tribe for support. Be aware of you, how you choose to respond and what brings you bliss.

Write. It’s the best way to keep record of how you’re progressing. We get so busy that we forget where we started while trying to finish first. Finishing first does matter much when you have the strength and wisdom to complete what you’ve started. Your greatest project will be you. Write whatever you feel, think and see. Don’t forget to date it.

Are you still hanging with the same people? Are they feeding your spirit or comforting your ego?

As we evolve the people around us change. Everyone is on a journey, some may distance themselves others may become closer. We can learn from each situation and person we come in contact with. Recognizing I can only love you unconditionally if I love myself unconditionally. If there is something that I don’t like about you there’s a strong possibility that I have an underlying issue with self.

What are you willing to do? What aren’t you willing to do?

You’ve heard it before, trust your gut. Your instincts they rarely lead you wrong. This is because that feeling is how you truly feel before you begin thinking if… You’ll be judged or of people don’t like you because of your decision. You are the one who will have to live with what you choose. Embrace what feels good and question what doesn’t. Breathe deeply 7 times and make your decision. Breathing helps with clarity if you become overwhelmed.

You’ve started your journey. Know that you are everything you seek, love happiness, and peace. As you blossom into your higher self, release the doubt and embrace the devotion to never give up on you.
