Apricot oil- Apricot kernels are high in vitamin B17 and have been known to reduce cancer tumors. This oil is light with no scent and great for dry to oily skin. It’s carrier oil that mixes well with others. Use apricot oil as a facial moisturizer and hair oil.
Coconut oil- Lately coconut oil receives most of the praise. You can use it as a sunscreen, lotion, deodorant and it can improve insulin levels. Coconut oil is loaded with vitamin D. It’s been used to maximize milk supply for nursing moms. Unrefined virgin coconut oil is best for internal use.
Olive oil- Olive oil is used mostly for cooking, yet it makes a great pre- shampoo and lip scrub. Use it all over your body to moisturize your skin, hair, and cuticles.
Castor oil- Castor oil helps fad scars if used regularly. It can be used to relieve arthritis pain. It’s heavier oil then the others but a little goes a long way. Use it to help your hair grow or moisturize your skin.
Avocado oil- Avocado oil is a good source of vitamin E, helping skin and eye health. It is fat soluble meaning the vitamins dissolve in fat and are stored throughout your body. Avocado oil can be used internally or externally.
